一、 Customer's form/submission check
1. The company tests according to the terms and conditions listed on the test application form and the laboratory test report. Please read it in detail.

2. Our test work time is as follows:
    9:00 am a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
    13:00 p.m. - 18:00 p.m.
The working day is from Monday to Friday. The company implements the size week. In case of individual emergency cases, our company can adjust the relevant engineers to provide over-the-counter service on Sunday. The testing service on Sunday will be subject to 100% test service fee. (Note: Please contact customer service in advance to confirm the application for expedited service on Sunday)

3. The general service/expedited service received after 11:30 am will be applied for 0.5 working days on the day of receiving the sample.
    General service/expedited service applications received after 15:00 pm, working days from the second day of receipt.
If the application for express service is required, it is necessary to guarantee at least 8H test time on the day. If the request is not met, the cycle is postponed. (individual items only)

4. General services are usually completed within 3 to 5 working days after receiving samples and test requests (except for individual items).

5. Expedited service is usually completed within 2~3 working days after receiving the sample and test request, subject to a 40% test service fee. (except for individual items)

6. Special services for certain items can be provided, subject to a 100% test service fee. The emergency service can be completed within 1.5-2 working days after receiving the sample and test requirements. (Note: Please contact customer service in advance for the specific working day of applying for expedited service or express service, in order to confirm the capacity of the laboratory and the actual test project in time. The required test cycle to determine if an expedited, express service is available.

7. For some items that need to be completed on the day of delivery and our company can test, 150% of the test service fee will be charged. The test report will be issued within one working day.

8. A report is issued in one application form. If multiple reports are issued, please fill out the application form separately.

9. The application form is delivered with the sample, and the business/customer service personnel can confirm the test information at the first time after receiving the sample.

10. If the application form contains different service requirements, the test report must be issued after all tests have been completed.

11. The default report format is English report. If you need Chinese report, please indicate it on the application form and provide correct Chinese information. If you need Chinese and English report, the report fee will be increased by RMB100.

12. The minimum fee for each report is RMB 100.00.

13. If you need to keep the sample after the test is completed or not, please indicate it on the application form. And come back to our company within 30 days to retrieve or contact customer service within 30 days from the start of the test date to return by courier. Samples that exceed the retention time will be destroyed by our company. If you have a special request for more than 30 days, please let the customer know in advance.

14. The invoice needs to be sent by express mail, and the courier fee is the responsibility of the customer.
